They gotta manage their drive through better. They have two entrances to drive through and people ppl cut the line from the closest entrance. If they didn't let the line get so long that it goes around the corner, it would not have been a problem

Close to I10 and easy to get into. Parking is limited-shared with other businesses, d.c. o not the best.. suggest using the drive thru.

I'm done with Starbucks completely after this. I've gone pretty much everyday for 12 years, but more and more are their locations are going the way of this one. It's not even worth the dice roll and with this one it's awful every time. The wait times are between 20-40 minutes... (longer than wait times are for food at a full service restaurant), the employees have absolutely no sense of urgency, and they're rude at times (not all of them. Some of them try very hard to be positive and apologetic about the well-known issues). So this morning my mobile order wasn't ready 20 mins after it was put in, the glass was sticky everywhere which prevented the lid from going on... I tried to push it back down but because there was so much caramel (which I asked to be left off) in the lid that when I pressed on it the cup broke and coffee went all over me and my car! It's in my hair, down the front and back of my suit, there's sugar and caramel all over the seats. I had already decided I wasn't going to Starbucks any more as I was leaving there today so showing up to work covered in caramel and getting my car detailed again is just an added bonus.

Today was the first time I have ever been to this location. I was very pleased! The employees were very nice, the drinks I ordered were perfect just the way I wanted them, and my drinks were ready very quickly even though when I went it was very busy. Keep up tge great work!
